Considering shop windows as a form of interface, I built a catalog of all the single elements (forniture, backgrounds, window vynils and mannequins) shop windows in Eindhoven were made of. Decontextualizing the single elements and analyzing it in relation to all the other shop windows, the messages behind what we are used to see become suspicious, making the power relationships between media, the market and the targeted consumers to emerge.
